In the thirty-sixth episode of the Just Checking In Podcast, we spoke to Service Level Operator and long-time friend of Vent, Tim Gibson.
Tim and our Founder Freddie Cocker have known each other since childhood and Tim was keen to share his journey and what he’s gone through to get to where he is today.
In this pod we chatted about Tim’s regret at not having friends at school he could talk about his mental health with, his overthinking about the future and the effect it has on him, the pressure of going to University put on him by his school environment and by himself to prove to his parents and others that he was academically capable of succeeding.
We also discussed the two years he spent in France studying and working and the highs and lows that came with it, social media perfectionism culture and of course a mental health chat!
