At Vent we’ve spoken about the need to cater to every individuals’ preference when it comes to how they discuss their mental health issues.
We’ve launched a Spoken Word feature on the site and are busy formulating new ways we can engage and help people be more open and accepting of their mental health issues.
This is why today, we are delighted to announce the launch of our very own YouTube channel.
Building on this message of diversifying our content and reaching out to more and more people, we believe this new channel will be able to help more people than ever before.
By opening up new possibilities for how we can promote the issue of mental health and attracting new followers, we can build an inclusive and uplifting platform that can take Vent to new heights.
Founder and Editor of Vent, Freddie Cocker said:
“I’m delighted to be launching our YouTube channel today alongside Nick Slater’s latest spoken word piece.
Since I started Vent, I had countless possibilities in my head about what it could achieve and how I could go about helping as many people as possible and this is just one additional avenue we have achieved.”
I’m extremely proud of the work that Vent has achieved so far but this is just the beginning.
Ensuring we keep this momentum can ensure we create a legacy of mental health positivity into the rest of 2018 and beyond.”
