In the thirty-seventh episode of the Just Checking In Podcast, we spoke to co-founder of mental health non-profit Mad Millennials, Charlotte Brockman.
Charlotte is also a professional solo performing artist, who performs under the moniker ‘CHAR’.
Charlotte was kind enough to invite us to speak at the launch event of Mad Millennials in December 2018.
In this pod, we discussed the Mad Millennials journey, the work the platform does in her local community of Maidenhead and beyond, her relationship with fellow co-founder Lauren Bamford and their plans for MM in the future.
We also discussed Charlotte’s mental health journey, her experiences of living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and health anxiety, Charlotte’s music career so far and of course, a mental health chat!
