Shreya is British-Indian and has felt the two worlds of traditional Indian culture and the English culture she was brought up in pulling her in two different directions.
In the last few years, she has tried to reconcile the two whilst retaining her individuality.
We discuss this ongoing battle, the therapy she has done to address it and a life-changing moment which happened in a relationship just before lockdown.
