In the sixth episode of the Just Checking In Pod, we spoke to former Operations Manager for suicide prevention charity, the Ollie Foundation.
Ollie, which stands for ‘One Life Lost is Enough’, fund suicide prevention skills training for any individual or community that wants it, especially those interacting with young people, or young people themselves.
Verity spoke to us about the work she did for Ollie, as well as her mental health journey, losing her cousin Matt to suicide, her experiences of being domestically abused and of course, a mental health chat! #itsokaytovent
