Vent will be hosting our first ever live show for The Just Checking In Podcast!
Hosted by our Founder Freddie Cocker, you’ll get the chance to hear from three brilliant guests who have appeared on the podcast since its launch in April 2019.
The show will be held on Friday 29th September 2023 at Eton Manor Rugby Football Club in Wanstead in north-east London.
The show also forms part of the Wanstead Fringe Festival. The Fringe takes place every year and puts on a range of cultural events, including live comedy and theatre to music, literature and other arts activities.
Join Freddie, along with his three panellists where they will be discussing the state of the mental health conversation for men, what’s changed in the last five years and what we need to do going forward to keep improving men’s lives for the better!
The three panellists joining Freddie on the panel are:
- Mark Wyatt (JCIP #93) – Fitness Manager and Senior Personal Trainer
- Alex Kihurani (Mind On The Game) – World Rally Championship Co-Driver
- Micah Fanimo (JCIP #141) – Food Blogger
